Example:Account A has excess Steempower they would like to delegate out. Account B wishes to borrow that Steempower and wishes to trade it for NARWHALS. The two arrange the number of days and amount of SP they want to trade for. And indicate in the memo which account is being delegated to, the amount of SP and for how many days.
