Each share has a locked equivalent value of 1 USD .
Profit share is done when a 5% threshold is reached. Each time the threshold is reached, 10% of the profit is spread out among the token holders, hence creating constant value as well as exponential growth of the venture, therefore increasing the frequency of the profit share and amounts distributed.
Batches of 1000 shares are sold at a time and no more are sold until at least one profit share has been done after a sale of a batch.
